Welcome to Party Pack Games. By accessing our websites or playing our games (including Rank'em, Clue Rush, and Booty Bluff), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our games.

Our games are intended for a general audience. By using them, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and that you can form a binding agreement with us.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play our games for your own entertainment. You may not resell, rent, or commercially exploit the games without our written permission.

When using our games, you agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or interfere with the normal operation of a game or its servers.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, including through nicknames or chat.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from our games except as allowed by law.
• Use our games for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for the content you enter, including nicknames and any answers you submit. We may remove content or restrict access if these terms are violated.

Party Pack Games, our game titles, logos, artwork, game content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

Some of our games are available through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms.

Our games are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee that the games will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Party Pack Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our games. Our total liability for any claim relating to the games will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

We're always improving our games, so features may change, be added, or be removed over time. We may also update these terms; when we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Continuing to use our games after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Party Pack Games operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
