Privacy Policy

Party Pack Games makes party games you play with people in the same room. We collect as little as possible, we don't sell your data, and we don't require an account to play. This policy explains what we do and don't collect across Party Pack Games and our games (Rank'em, Clue Rush, and Booty Bluff).

We aim to keep things minimal:

• Gameplay basics — the temporary nickname you enter and the room code you use to join a game. This exists only to run the game and is cleared after the session.
• Device and usage data — standard technical information such as browser type, general device type, and anonymized analytics that help us understand which features get used and fix problems.
• Messages you send us — if you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.

We do not ask for your real name, address, or phone number to play, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

• To run live games and connect players in the same room.
• To keep our games working, secure, and free of abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how our games are played so we can improve them.
• To respond to support requests and other messages you send us.

Our websites may use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to keep the experience working and to measure overall usage. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles about you. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.

We don't sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our games (for example, hosting and analytics providers), and only to the extent they need it to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our players.

If you download a game from the Apple App Store or another platform, that platform's own privacy policy also applies to your use of their service.

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Live game data (nicknames and room codes) is temporary and is removed shortly after a game ends. Support emails and other correspondence are kept only as long as needed to assist you and meet our legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at hello@partypackgames.com and we'll help.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
